Fields written to by the Salesforce Package

When Champify detects job changes for your tracked contacts, it will surface these job changes in your Salesforce using standard objects. Champify will either update existing records or create new ones. You can configure what object types Champify should interact with on the setup screen (more details here). Champify will update standard fields as well as custom fields added by the Salesforce Package.

Champify Get Intro From
Indicates the name of the (still active) Salesforce user that met with the customer the most number of times in their past roles. Minimum 2 meetings with the same person. This is used to facilitate introductions or name drop personal connections – both increase response rates significantly. More on this feature here.
