Slack Alerts

• Get notified when new champifys (leads or contacts) are created and assigned to you.

• See context on their previous relationship and account right in Slack.

• Messages will only be sent to users who have matching emails in Slack and Salesforce.

• Messages are sent to contact/lead owners, account owners, and any additional recipients defined in the alert section on the Champify setup screen

• If a lead converts during routing / assignment, a message will still be sent. Opening the link to the converted lead will redirect to the contact it converted into.

• A user will only receive max 10 messages per day

Setup

1. Get a setup link from Champify. When you’re ready to enable the Slack integration, someone on our team will send you a magic link to access your configuration settings for your account. If you don’t have a link from us, please reach out, and we’ll provide one.

2. Open the Magic Link. To connect your Champify account, and add Champify to Slack, open the magic link. In the Champify integrations direction, slick the Slack tile.

3. Add to Slack. Click the “Add to Slack” button. Note: make sure you are authenticated into the Slack workspace that you intend to integrate Champify with.

4. Complete the Integration. Grant Champify the necessary permissions to send slack messages in designated channels, by clicking “Allow”.
