How to setup Email Alerts
Sends emails to contact/lead owners and account owners (if different).
Alert Types
- New Champifys: surfaces top new, unworked, and key arrival Champify contacts each week
- Admin/Champify Owner: delivers bi-weekly performance insights and highlights top Champifys to SFDC admins and Champify owners
Setup
By default, Champify alerts are on for all mapped and related team members (record owners, account owners, account team members, and opportunity owners) . To add or remove recipients by team member, make sure you have field mapped correctly and update the settings under Notifications. To opt out individually, please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a Champify email
