Email Alerts
How to setup Email Alerts
Sends emails to contact/lead owners and account owners (if different).
Alert Types
- New Champifys: surfaces all new Champifys each week
- Account Planner: surfaces all Champifys on an account when account ownership changes
- Multi-threader: surfaces all Champifys at an account when a new opportunity is created
Setup
- Navigate to the Setup Screen in the Champify App in Salesforce
- Scroll down to the section at the bottom of the screen
- Click the toggle to enable email notifications
(Optional) Notify Additional Users
If you’d like other users to be notified in addition to the record owners, you can select two additional fields containing a user id of the user you’d also like to have the alert sent to. By default, you can select built-in fields on the account object (Account.CreatedById
and Account.LastModifiedById
), but can select any custom field reflecting an ID as well.
