How to integrate Champify with Catalyst
This how we’ll ensure that CSMs are able to act on Champify data seamlessly within their existing tools and workflows. This is primarily done via task creation within Salesforce or your CSM tool that reads from Salesforce. The recommended messaging for each scenario is outlined in the “messaging” page of Champify’s Success Guides.
Step 1 - Map Champify field from Salesforce
- Map the “no longer at company” Salesforce field to Catalyst - documentation
Step 2 - Create Playbook for Loss Of Key Stakeholders
- A - Create playbook for “loss of key stakeholder”
- B - Create task actions for (1) sending email task action to the other stakeholders - template in our messaging page (2) finding new relationship in account
- This playbook triggers when “no longer at company” = true AND the “previous relationship” is not end user or closed lost contact.
(Optional) Step 3 - Create Playbook for new relationship joining account
- A - Create playbook for “new relationship joins account”
- B - Create task actions for (1) sending email task action to the new stakeholder - template in our messaging page (2) assigning a new relationship to that stakeholder if/when they engage
- This playbook triggers when contact in customer account is flagged “is a champify”. Optional filter for new title seniority.
