How to integrate Champify with Gainsight
This how we’ll ensure that CSMs are able to act on Champify data seamlessly within their existing tools and workflows. This is primarily done via task creation within Salesforce or your CSM tool that reads from Salesforce. The recommended messaging for each scenario is outlined in the “messaging” page of Champify’s Success Guides.
Step 1 - Field Mapping
Map Champify’s “no longer at company” custom contact boolean field, AND Previous Relationship Value into Gainsight — documentation here.
Step 2 - Playbook and Email Creation
Create a playbook within gainsight for “loss of key contact” (if you do not have one already).
This playbook has two tasks:
- Send email to the other stakeholders in the account — template can be found on our “messaging templates” page. Here is documentation to configure emails to be sent from cockpit.
- Find a new contact to replace that person’s role / relationship in Gainsight
Step 3 - CTA to trigger playbook
- Create a CTA to be auto-created when certain conditions are met.
- Criteria for CTA: when contact is updated & “no longer at company” = TRUE. Optional to add additional condition for relationship or title/seniority
- Action for CTA: link the playbook created in the previous step.
