Confirm expected behavior with smaller sample before activating with full volume.

Test Enrichment

Before you go live, we’ll push a small batch of job changes into your CRM.

To facilitate this test:

  1. Click “Add Contacts”.
  1. Wait about an hour, so the Champify Data Platform can check for job changes and enrich your data.
  1. Click “Run Test Enrichment”. This will sync 20 job changes into your CRM.
  1. Check the Champify Explorer - Sales Rep UI to see how the new leads or contacts appear in your CRM!

What you’re looking for:

  1. Number of records → if you have less than 8 records, your qualification criteria may be too strict. Reach out to your CSM, they can share all the unqualified job changes to see if and how we should widen the qualification.
  1. Number of records → if you have 0 records, you’re likely running into a Salesforce error. Check your apex logs (setup —> apex jobs —> create a new view where the apex class contains “CDP”) and see what potential errors you’re hitting.
  1. Lead source → confirm the lead source is “champify” for the newly created records. This is key to measuring attribution.
  1. Record ownership → confirm the leads and/or contacts are being assigned to the right user. We want the lead and/or contact owner to align to the person who will be the prospecting owner, unless otherwise discussed during the onboarding process.
