Which channels are available for alerting and how to activate them
Activate Champify Jobs
Once the soft launch is complete, we’ll want to activate the champify jobs (far left toggle). Once enabled, Champify jobs will run nightly at 9PM local to check for new contacts to track and to create new jobs changes in the CRM.
Enabling Email Alerts
Email alerts send Monday mornings to the contact, account and lead owner by default.
Select additional fields on the account that represent other stakeholders (e.g. AM, SDR) and then enable the email notifications.
