InsiderAI Set Up – Champify

Confirm that your email is verified in Salesforce: View profile -> Settings -> Advanced User Details -> Check the “email” field.

Go to https://app.champify.io/, and log in with your Salesforce login. You should see the integrations page (if not, go to https://app.champify.io/v1/integrations)

Integrate Gong:

Click on Gong

Click “Integrate Gong”, and go through the Gong OAuth flow. You may need “technical admin” permissions in Gong.

You should see "ENABLED" near the top of the screen. You can ignore the webhook.

Integrate Clari:

Click on Clari

Find your API key and API secret in the Clari Copilot UI by going to Workspace Settings > Integrations > Clari Copilot API

Paste the API credentials into the Champify UI and click Save

You should see "ENABLED" near the top of the screen.

Integrate Salesforce:

Click Sfdc Connected App on the Champify integrations page

Click "Connect to Salesforce" and go through the OAuth flow

You should see "ENABLED" near the top of the screen.

Provide us the exact Salesforce field names (e.g. ‘Lost_Reason__c’) for each of these (it’s okay if you don’t have a field for some of these):

"If lost, why was this opportunity lost?"

"What are the lost reason details?"

"Are there notes from the AE on why this was lost?"

"What stage of awareness is this account in? (i.e. awareness, consideration)"

"How do you measure what stage an opportunity is at?"

Create an “Accounts with lost opps” Salesforce report: report type — opportunities filters

account type = prospect (i.e. accounts that have never been customers)

opportunity close date - greater than - last 36 months

opportunity close date - less than - last 6 months

stage = closed lost columns

account name

account id

account website

owner

lost reason

lost reason details

other opp and/or account notes that are useful

Then, select the created report in the Champify Admin UI under “Insider AI Accounts”, then scroll down and click “Update Account Flags” in the “Manual Control” section.
