Add Champify Contact, Lead and Account Lightning Components to Layout Pages

1. Navigate to any Salesforce Setup → Object Manger → Contact

2. Select “Lightning Record Pages” on the left side bar; select the active page layout and hit “edit” at the top.

3. Search “Champify” in the quick find box on the left and look for “Champify Contact Layout Card”

4. Drag and drop the component to the desired location

5. Repeat for leads

6. Repeat for accounts

Example of Lightning Components

Add to a Contact or Lead Page Layout

1. Navigate to the Salesforce Setup screen

2. Navigate to Object Manager

3. Open the Contact or Lead object

4. Open Page Layouts and select the desired layout (e.g. “Contact Layout”)

5. Drag a Section and place it in the page layout where you’d like

6. Name the section “Champify”, and click “OK”

7. Search “champify” in Quick Find to surface all of the Champify Fields you may wish to add.

8. Add the Champify fields to the Champify section as you’d like.



You can choose which fields you’d like to add to this section. At a minimum, we recommend the following:

• Is a Champify
• Champify No longer at company
• Champify Job Started Date
• Champify Previous Relationship
• Champify Past Account
• Champify Past Contact
• Champify Get Intro From

These fields will provide your team with the context they need to inform how to engage. You can also add additional lookup field to the Past Account and Past Contact objects to passthrough relevant context about their previous relationship.

9. Save the Page Layout

10. Repeat for additional Page Layouts
