Here are pre-built Champify email, LinkedIn, and call templates + best practices.
Uses templates and add in your company’s value prop messaging (without a pitch slap). You’ll need > 2 sequences — largely dictated by the audiences you’re tracking and how your segment messaging based on persona and industry.
The Champify team will work with you to produce, refine, and iterate on the messaging and approach.
Best Practices
We recommend a global sequence so that the messaging is consistent and you can track the open and response rates across Champify outreach.
We recommend at least 2 cadences/sequences
- One flow for new business
- ~“You purchased us before, are you open to seeing if there’s a similar need at your new company?”
- One flow for threading out in an open opportunity
- ~“We have a meeting scheduled with X, Y and Z people on A date. Would you like to join?”
Each sequence should have approximately 8 steps over 30 days with a manual Step 1. This manual Step 1 allows for reps to add personalization and contact from the prior relationship before sending an email.
Ensure the sequence includes “congrats” optionally, not all Champifys will have changes job in the last 1-3 months.
