Account Reports
Defining custom criteria to select your target account list
Champify will surface key arrivals for newly-joined employees in selected accounts in your CRM.
Background
New executives and key employee arrivals frequently signal a top-down change in strategy is coming. Champify can alert you when key executives or other important team-members land at your account so you can effectively time and plan your break-in strategy, multi-thread in open opportunities, and de-risk churn or deal derailment caused by stakeholder turnover.
How It Works
Champify can monitor the following groups of accounts for key arrivals.
- Target accounts
- Accounts with open opportunities
- Customer accounts
You can select which accounts are tracked in the Champify Admin using the following instructions.
Create Account Reports
To be compatible with the Account Selection page, create a report that contains the Account object. Adjust the filter criteria to be representative of a sales target account, customer account, or account with open opportunities. Upon save, ensure the first word in the report name is “Champify”, that it is saved in a public folder or the “Champify” folder, and contains either the “Account Name” or “Account ID” as a column. Once you’ve completed these steps, you’re ready to add a report.
Add a Report
Before you start, make sure that reports:
- Start with “Champify”
- Be based on the account object
- Have a column for either Account Name or Account ID
- Saved in a public folder or the Champify folder
- Have been run within the last 3 months
- Navigate to the Accounts section in the Champify Admin, and click “Select”
- A window will appear. Click “Select a Report”.
- Choose the relevant report from the drop down, and click “Select”.
If your report does not appear, it likely does not meet the necessary criteria.
- Your report is now being tracked! We will now start alerting your revenue team of key arrivals into the accounts selected across your target, customer and open opp accounts.
Remove a Report
To stop tracking an account, click “Select” for that account type, adjust the drop down to have “Select a Report” highlighted, and then click “Remove.”
